i was wondering if anyone knows about using the 'chariot band' and 'empress band'...
once equipped and used, with the clock ticking, i found i could unequip it and wear another ring with elemental stats...the clock still kept on ticking and the exp status symbol still showed...
but i was wondering if i still gain the extra exp points...
does this work? or do i have to keep it equipped, and therefore lose the ability to use that slot for other elemental rings???

Once used you get the bonus. The icon up on the top indicates that it's still running. You do NOT need to keep it equipped. That is the same with all echanments as far as I know.

If the EXP icon is present in the upper left of your screen, it means the EXP bonus is still active.

yes you still gain the bonus when u have the rings unequiped.

you don't need to leave it on to get the xp bonus. after using the band you can equip your elemental ring.

It is NOT the same with all enchantments. For example High Breath Mantle loses the enchantment if you change equips. Every enchantment is unique-- some disappear when you unequip, some don't.

A lot of enchantments are not like that. Gigant mantle for one loses its enchantment when you unequip it, those rings that increases your base stats by 1~8, Lucent Axe (used it during lvling my DRK), and etc...

Gigant mantle doesnt have an enchantment.

I'm guessing he meant the HP and MP bonuses it gives. Well yeah, of course THAT would go if you unequip it.

but the HP, MP and the stat bonuses are not the same as enchantments...
