leveling zones

I am looking for a leveling guide in english the only one i found was in japenese. I am trying to find out exactly what zones I should be in and at what levels??????

starting zone - 1-10
dunes 10-19/20
qufim Island 20-25
kahzam 25-32
Garlaige Citadel or Altepa Dessert or Crawlers nest 35-40
Altepa Dessert or Crawlers Nest 40-45
Quicksand Caves 45-50

I think after 50 (just got 50 rdm recently), you will end up back in Crawler's Nest fighting beetles.

Also, at 50-55 you can be in the basement of Garlaige Tunnel doing beetles and bats (fall through the holes in the floor to get there), or if you have a RDM in your party, you can go to Kuftal Tunnel and fight the Robber Crabs. My highest is 53 (WHM) currently, so I don't know what happens after the Tunnel.

50-55 Robber crabs in Kuftal
60-65(?) Onzozo
65-70 Bibiki bay
70-75 too many to list
? - ? boydha tree... seems like I leveled here a lot although i forget the levels
levels may be off and this is definately not set in stone, there are many great places to level outside of those I have listed... and
