Death Chakram, where to get it?

Since I see that Blue Mages can now carry chakrams, I am intrested in finding out more about them. (currently level 30 BLU mithra)
All other FFXI sites have the various chakrams, but NONE except somepage has a "Death Chakram" listed. Shown as Rare/Ex. Where do you get it? NO information is shown, and somepage seems to be the only site with it even listed.

The update came out only two days ago. It's doubtful that we'll know where everything drops for a few weeks.

It comes from the BLU ENM Solo 60 Pulling the strings, just like the other jobs :)
