Where are the Elementals in Konschtat

I know of 1 Thunder in the mid, upper-left area near the stone monument, but that is all.

I assuming you mean the <element> Elemental monsters, such as Water Elemental.

They are special type of monster that appear on specific weather: check the lower left corner of your screen, around your compass, there will sometimes be an icon of lightning, fire, water, etc(depending on zone), each elemental icon represent a weather, water being "rain", earth being "sandstorm" and so forth.

These elementals do not aggro on sight/sound, but they do aggro on magic(meaning, if you cast when these are around, they would attack you).

Their main form of attack is spell, based on their element(light elemental being able to Cure, banish etc), they have high resistance to physical attack, best way to kill them is by using the element they are weak to(fire to ice elemental).

Killing them give you cluster and crystal, again, based on their element(fire elemental gives fire cluster/crystal). In some zones, they will carry the chest/coffer key of that map.

These will never be leveling preys under any circumstances, they are generally too hard to kill, and they hit hard in return. Therefore, if you are a mage, whether you are on your early levels, or you are in an exp party, be weary of these elementals spawning near you, they will and can wipe your party single-handedly. If you are melee, be sure to warn your party for any elemental in sight(from the camp).

So, who would kill these elementals? Crafters mainly, I doubt anyone hunt them for the purpose to sell.
