In Mhaura, there is an elvaan woman in black cloak that offer to tell your fortune, when she tells your fortune, she will give you these 3 details:
1. Your lucky color: This indicate which cluster/crystal you will be getting from the Luck Runes(Red for fire, Blue for water etc)
2. Your lucky direction: This indicate which rune you should check to get your cluster/crystal. I forgot which direction is which.
3. Your lucky title: Party with a player with that title, and talk with a tarutaru NPC near the Cooking Guild in Windurst, and he will give you some free HQ food(for example, vermillion jelly, optical soup, etc). Remember, it is not your title, it's your partner's title that matters for this part.
This mini-quest is in 2 parts: 1st part uses the "direction" and "color", 2nd part uses the "title", after you done both parts, wait an earth day/week(Can't remember which), and this quest reset.
