I am currently 95 clothcraft and I received skill up on making both Yasha Hakama and Blessed Trousers. Thus the level cap of these items are guaranteed to be higher than 95.

Thanks for the info on those recipes. Both recipes have been raised to 96 cap for now; if they are still giving skillups at 96, it can be adjusted further.
