Ok so we all know that when you beat rank 10 for your nation you are rewarded with that respective nation's flag. But there is a japaneese player on my server who recently achieved rank 10 in all 3 cities bastok winddy and sandy. He was in lower jeuno today and did the auto translator function for the item

Apparently when you beat rank 10 in each of the 3 nations you are able to achieve this item. I looked the item up on your website and found nothing. Looked on allakhazam and foundd nothing. However....

Interestingly enough I looked on mysterytour and under moghancements there was the items picture but the stats were all in ???. The item looks IDENTICAL to the 3 main flags except its brownish instead of any one color of a nation.

Unfortunately I cannot speak Japaneese and could not glisten anything more from the conversation other than he had recently achieved this item.

Final note: Mysterytour shows the varistor baanner as being aligned to Dark element. The actual moghancement granted..... your guess is as good as mine.

This is a myth. I got Rank 10 in all three cities long ago and there is no additional benefit to doing so.

Yes its true it may be a myth. It's posssible the auto translate was macro hacked.

My opinion is if you did get rank 10 in all 3 and it unlocks it there is a quest of some soryt you must go through to get it though.

I don't think things like this are just given to you; you hafta achieve the pre-requisites then do a quest. Kinda like Maats cap. You get it from the quest "Beyond the Sun" (i think thats it). Not only do you hafta beat Maat on all 15 jobs but you hafta perform an additional quest afterwards. It isn't just given to you. I would think thiss is along the same lines.

My guess is if it was a quest it would be started in jeuno somewhere... *PROBABLY* Ru-Lude gardens.

I don't even have rank 10 in one nation so I cant test this. But if I did the only thing I could think of would be to talk to every npc in Jeuno starting in Ru-Lude and also check every targetable item or door... never know what may start it. I'd think the archdukes chambers would be a good start but truthfully could be anywhere.

i dunno, but after I got rank 10 in bastok, i found small Cutscenes leading up after the last mission, but I never finish to see where it leads off too, maybe you have to do this with all 3 nations.

I am pretty sure this Varistor Banner in question is something related to Ballista... May be a prize from the last B.Royale, or may be exchangable with B.Points, I am not a PvP person, so I can't say for sure.

Reason I believe this is not a 3x R10 reward is: My JP friend(in LS, long time friend) is also rank 10 in all 3 nations, with both our sources(JP and EN), we still can't find this varistor banner being the reward.

And for maat cap, all you have to do is beat him in all 15 jobs, then talk to him after, just like how you collect rewards off most quests. ^^;
