Kazham troubles

I can't get the quest for the airship pass to kazham, anyone know what expansion I require? I have Zilart, but not prom. Anyone have any other ideas why I can't get this quest?

Maybe just verify your rank points.If your rank points is not higher ,its impossible get the quests.Give the crystals(fire,ice,wind,earth etc...)at t.k. guard in sandy and when your rank points are higher maybe you get the quest.

Make sure you have Rise of the Zilart registered (just having it installed isn't good enough). Go under "Expanded Services" which is under "Content ID" on the FFXI Top Page and verify that you've registered RoZ as an expanded service.

I had this same problem and it took me for-freaking-ever to figure out what the deal was.

Also your rank and fame are not relevant for this quest.

Having Zilart installed does not guarantee you will get the quest. You must make sure you have entered the registration key for it as well. I had the same problem and it took me a while to figure this out. Go to the POL viewer > GAMES > FINAL FANTASY XI > CONTENT ID > EXPANDED SERVICES > REGISTER ID ..... I think. If that is not the exact sequence, you should consult your game manual. The registration code for your copy of Zilart can also be found near the back page of the manual. Hope this help.
