does the outpost you want to go to have to be under your home countrys control?

and does anyone know what lvl you have to be to warp to each outpost?

Outgoing you can go to any outpost you have access to. Who controls it determines the price.

Incoming you can't use when the area is under beastman control (there's a beastman banner up, no outpost NPC.)

As for the level requirements, I don't know! I used to look it up somewhere but can't remember where anymore. I thought it was Mysterytour but I checked and don't see anything for outpost levels. I can say that outgoing/incoming level requirement is the same though, just changes by which outpost it is.

The level cap for each region is different.. I know the regions around each starting city are all capped at 20, and so is Zulkheim (yay Dunes!). But for instance the level cap for Vollbow (Cape Terrigan, Valley of Sorrows, etc) is 70.

Includes prices for the various controls on the region. It hasn't been updated with Tavnazia, which depends on having completed CoP mission 3-5(Diablos), and started cutscenes for 4-1 in order to get AH and outpost access there.

You know what is very convenient is the Homing or Return Ring. When I head to Valkrum from Ronafare or Gustaberg, i just use the ring and BAM! I'm at the outpost.

I know Buburimu, Valkurm, and the city zones are level 20. I believe Qufim is 25, as well as Pashow, Jugner, and Meriphataud. Typically, the outpost warp opens up right after you would want to party in that zone, but still low-enough for mobs in the area to kill you if you get a bad warp.

Be careful when you are right at the level limit for warping, I watched a Malboro park himself right ontop of the Pashow warp point the other day, and my wife's character was killed by an Overgrown Rose that was camped on one of the jungles warp points. She went from full HP to 0 before the "downloading data" screen was gone.

With the Homing and Returning rings, whats the deal with those? The description sounds like it will bring you right to the outpost of the zone you are in, provided that you did the s upply quest for that zone, is that right? Or will it actually bring you to the nearest Outpost, even if you are not in that zone?
