swirling vortex

Sorry my bad english^^ I try to zone in vortex in valkurm dunes and Qufim for Tavnazian archipelago and nothing.How i make for i take the pass for it? I am lvl 60 blm and rank 5.

Ok, have you done any of the 3 promy missions?
You have to do those to get access to Tavnasian Safehold and the 2 main zones which I can not spell at the moment. CoP zones are accessed by which CoP mission you are on, and not by what city rank or level you are.
