XP in groups

I know the amount of XP gained is different depending on what the levels are in your party, but does it make a difference if say you have a two person party. A level 10 WAR / 5 THF and just a Level 10 WHM. Will the WHM still get good XP or will he not because the WAR has a sub-job added?

Sub jobs have nothing to do with the experience gained, so there will be no extra penalty.
