After speaking to a NPC at each listed position (should be 20 people) on the badge. return to the starting NPC and you will be rewarded with an invitation that I am assuming will be used when the nex expansion is released.

Do you have to do them in the order that it is listed on. I have done sandy. Talked to all 20 and returned to NPC and just says there are more something like that...

Ok I finally have gotten around to actually doing the quest You have to speak to all 20 NPC's in any order and at any time. Once you have spoke to all 20 go back to the starting NPC and he will reward you with an (color coded) invitation.

Windy's is a bit frustrating without a print out of the names as to who you are suppossed to talk to. it Lists to E-7 and when you talk to the one in the magic training area you speak to 2 people. THIS DOES NOT COUNT AS BOTH e-7.

Also I talked to eveyone in sandoria and when i go to talk to the guy that gives it to me he doesnt give me anything? I know I talked to everyone on the back of the badge and I also had the problem that one coordinate had like 3 people on it

The quests are called "Lure of the Wildcat"
you can look them under quests on this site for the info as far as the names and locations of the NPC's. (this is still my favorite info finding site!! )
I'd suggest printing it out then trying the quest.

I started this quest originally because I was told it was how you would get to access to the ferrie to Aht Urgan.

However now, I have seen posts about a different quest

Quest Name: The Road to Aht Urghan
Client: Faursel (Tenshodo, Lower Jeuno)

Maybe the "Lure of the Wildcat" quest is to raise fame in Aht Urgan, or Tenshodo... hmm.. lol.. who knows...

Guess I should just be patient and wait for the expansion pack to actually be released..
