Why is my Accuracy suffering so much

Ever since I have gotten my Warrior to around 55-58 my accuracy has become so bad that unless I'm using Very pricey +accuracy food I might as well be attacking the air. And with the prices of sushi that I've been using (sole) becoming a nuissance in my pocket, is there anything I can do to help me get more accuracy. Because I've had to resort to using Dual Wield ability with 2 Viking Axes, and since Viking Axes are only lvl 48 weapons, It's now also affecting my ability to be even a decent Damage Dealer (DD). And this has chained another problem with a lack of invites to parties and chaining another problem that is affe cting my reputation as a Warrior that cant deal the damage that Warriors are known to be able to produce. And I've come to think these following questions might be the main reason I've been having so many problems as a Warrior and might also be the reason for all of the problems chained that are seeming to continue endlessly: By choosing Galka as my character, did I cripple myself as a Warrior? Have I been doing something I havent thought of yet, that is causing me to self-destuct as a Warrior? Are Warriors not meant to be critical Damage Dealers on FFXI? Am I overlooking some small details that might be the reasons I'm having so many problems as a Warrior?
If anyone could shed some light on my current situation, I would be most appreciative to anything that you have to say that will help understand why I'm having such a hard time trying to lvl my Warrior to 75.
Thank you too all the people who might have some ideas or comments reguarding my current status as a Warrior.
And a special thank you to somepage.com which I personally believe is the best website anyone can research any information you could ever need to advance your experience playing Final Fantasy XI. Thank you

Yeah thats normal to miss that much. You need to use sushi though, and if you can't afford sole buy bream. On my server bream is only 25k while sole is 70k.
Make sure to have woodsmans/sniper rings and a haubergeon. Some can't afford a haubergeon, but the rings are cheaper so get them if you don't have them already.
That's all I can think of man, good luck with your acc problem. Oh and being a galka doesn't cripple you dude. lol.

It's important to note that ACC is greatly dependent on Your Level vs. Monster Level. (Not necessarily in an actual equation, but skill level, raw acc vs raw evasion, etc.)
If you were at the tail end of your party in terms of levels, and you were fighting something IT to your PT's highest level character, you were fighting something you *shouldn't* be able to hit. That very well may have been your problem.
If this is not the case, chances are you may have perceived that you weren't doing the best because you were against a more "amazing" damage dealer who focused purely on ACC and would get TP way too fast. Don't compare yourself to others, just focus on what you know is solid.
By level 60 it is standard OP to have +30 ACC in gear. This is often done via life belt, sniper, sniper, haub/scorp. Well that was pre-sushi really. My observation now is a lot of scorp/haub, life belt, sushi. The best set up will have 30 accuracy and the most STR. Dexterity isn't even a factor.
Do not devote any slots to dexterity unless you're a THF. Even then, just macro-in the DEX for your SATA. DEX is just a wasted stat, there are other more interesting ways to get more accuracy. Look to your party line-up. Obviously, a bard has spells for acc+.
If your party lacks a bard but has a rdm, tell the RDM to cast Gravity. It severely reduces the monster's Evasion. Also suggest the spell Frost which reduces its AGI. (Choke might be better anyways. If you're really low level, less AGI could be worthwhile.) Other than spells you as a warrior have access to a WS that does what you need.
At 60 consider SJ samurai. Meditate+Shield Break would penalize the monsters evasion for every fight. You'd also get some other neat abilities, like store TP.
Final note: Being a Galka doesn't hurt you in any way shape or form. In fact, it makes you a way better WAR than any other race. (You're really on par w/ Elvaan.) Mithra WARs are not that great. While they can be good w/ gear, you as a Galka have immense strength and vitality naturally.
