i belive that the af war boots are not as good as everyone think it is bc the boots says enhances double attack effect. now by that i belive they meant that the boots will increase the attack that u pull out with any of youre double attack hits. for ex look at the Soldier's Ring they say Latent Effect: Double Attack +2% they showing u a increase and showing you by how much is that increase so i belive that those boots dont increase the rate of youre double attack it increase the damage of youre double attack hits

It increases the amount of times you'll double attack hence the word "enhances". Must like the sneak vis cape that enhances those spells to last longer. If it said "enhances attack bonus" then you would get an up in your attack. The wording is very simple to follow, i dont see it as missleading at all.
