How do you get Hydra Armor

I'm a 75 WHM that loves to melee and duo avators and these pieces of armor would do great things for me. I was wondering if anyone had figured out how to recieve them.

I'd bet these are from Dynamis-Tavnazia. They said they are adding new drops to that Dynamis that dont drop anywhere else, and i think most all of the other items have been found...seems like there's a very good chance they drop there.
Not to mention the Hydras you fight in Dyna-Beau and all the Hydra Corps Key Items you get after beating each Dynamis...the name of the armor would fit as a Dynamis drop.
