The avatar named weapons (Ifrit's Bow, Leviathan's Couse, Titan's Baselard, Shiva's Shotel, Garuda's Sickle, and Ramuh's Mace) as well as the Carbuncle's Cuffs come from the final battle of the Waking the Beast quest (inside Full Moon Fountain). They are drops from the fight - not quest rewards btw.
