Valentines Charm Wand

Okay so I did this quest and got my charm wand. Its great since I'm a monk and can't use magic. I don't have the +1.

Here is my question. How exactly is the +1 better? After use, the +1 has a 5 DAY wait to reuse! 5 DAYS! The regular wand is only 1 day.

I'm sure it has something to do with the charge count. Since I'm not sure what that really does, maybe someone could explain it to me.

Charm wand has a charge of 10
charm wand +1 has a charge of 1

Although charm wand plus 1 has a five day recast time, it only ever has one charge, which will never run out. This means you can use it every five days for as long as you have the wand. The ordinary charm wand has ten charges...and when they're gone, they're gone.

Does this little thing about the 1 charge on event items also count for the staff from holloween that only had one charge?

Yes, anything with 1/1 Charges is unlimited use (unlimited other than the timer involved.)
