Dynamis-Xarcabard.
Given that you don't know where this comes from, it's doubtful you'll be needing one anytime soon (it's used on the 4th out of 4 total upgrades on a relic sword). To get any use out of this you'd have to dump between 800million and over 1.5billion gil on currency for your upgrades (estimated based on the fact that my server prices are 50k-100k for singles; 179 100x piecies are required for excalibur), plus have a good dynamis linkshell to get you the attestation and the fragment.
If you want more information, I'd recommend searching around the ffxi community sites for "relic weapons", as that will likely net you more information than random posts on a forum.
