Missing Bastokan Signet Staff?

Okay, I kinda stumbled upon something here. Right now Bastok is in first on my server (WooT) and I went to check the CP menu, because normally when the nation is in first, everything is there. Well, no Signet staff. I've checked while we were in 2nd and 3rd, nada. It's listed as a CP item, but I have no seen it in ANY of the conquest listings in game. Maybe I'm just going about it the wrong way or something. Could I see some feedback on this and see if I'm just missing something or if the signet staff is really gone from the CP rewards. Please advise.

You need to be rank 10 to get Signet Staffs. If you`re not, this is your answer. If you are, I got not the faintest idea. /comfort (PS.: /salute!)

I *think* it shows up under the basic item list with the Instant scrolls and XP rings, rather than at the bottom Rank10 section where you'd expect it. Don't quote me on this, I just *think* I heard this once (I've never redeemed one myself and not at home to check) and would explain why you can't easily find it.

FYI, this site lists it as being available at any conquest standing, so no need to wait for 1st place anyway. Plus it's another indication that the Staff absolutely has to be in there somewhere.

The signet staff doesn't show up under rank 10, yeah I know it's weird. The signet staff shows up in the common items. Unlike the aketon your nation doesn't have to be in 1st to get this wich is nice. Bastokan Rank 10

Those rank 10 items are definitely odd. The details for both the Signet staves and the Aketons have been updated in our database, to make it clear where they can be purchased.
