I am on Garuda server, and demon quivers are being sold daily... but not a single person i ask has any answer for me on what npc and how to make them.

I have traded the normal quiver maker every type of flower + stack of 99 scorpion arrows...she wont take them.

who is the real npc that makes the Scorpion quivers and Demon quivers!

Please help me I have been searching all day for info on this but no luck so far.

any info on this would be greatly appreciated.

Scorpion and Demon arrows cannot be made into quivers, along with elemental arrows and status-effect bolts. Sorry, but you're out of luck. =\

Use the item search on the left frame. When you look up Scorpion/Demon Quivers it shows you where they can be obtained. In these cases, they're certain BCNM drops. Would have saved you a day of searching to use the search. =)

They are BCNM drops. Cannot be made.
