Shield Skill Revamp

The Shield skill was dramatically revamped with the Feb. 23 patch. The changes are detailed in the Shield Skill Revamp section in the Feb. 23 Patch Compilation of Info.

Further details about the new system would be appreciated. Since the shield sizes are now clearly listed for each shield item, hopefully it will be easy to compare how often and how much damage each shield size does. Feel free to post here with any comments about the new system.
