Just want some feedback when I play on my PC I lag terribly. I have as videocard with 64 MB ram which is a PCI it's a Geforce one, broadband connection on a gigabit NIC card. Should I upgrade my Vid Card or is there something else I can do?

What cpu and mb you running? how much RAM? It depends alot on that also, not just your so-so video card.

I think SE recommends some higher specs than that. P4 is alright, but you should try to get a bit more RAM.

Another common lag issue, is caused by a slow hard drive. If your hard drive is under 7200 RPM's, chances are that can cause lag when the game is accessing visuals, images, sounds, etc.

I would try changing out your video card. Something with a gig of ram in it like a Gforce4Txxx. Also a littl more ram wouldn't hurt.

I'll have to check my HDD info as well as look into some more RAM, would adding 2 256mb cards in the 2 expansion RAM slots work?

As long as they are the same speed as your existing memory. RAM always has to slow down to the speed of the slowest chip, so if you have one cheap slow ram chip it will actually make your machine run slower...

That's pretty much the specs I've been playing with and have had no problems, what's the pings like on your broadband connection?
