to get them u need to give mog 5 first letters from the region. and you gain reward as who controlling it

reward system depends on region controller :
windurst, sandoria, bastok = furniture egg from the controlling country

beastmen = COSTUME!!! and u lose thos egg /cry

sample = sarubaruta ---> windurst control it
so "sarut" give you windurst egg furniture
