Movalpolos Water

According to this site, the only way to get this is for a nation to have control over movalpolos. To my knowledge, nobody on Kujata has owned this region in 3 or 4 months, or longer. Is this water a drop or something? There seems to be a decent supply of hermes quenchers, and other items that require this water for crafting, and if nobody has had this region for months, I'm curious where the water is coming from.

That is an excellent question. The logical idea would be that perhaps a few mobs drop it; so far, however, I have yet to see any evidence of that.

Alternately, perhaps someone stocked up a while ago, and is selling them off or crafting up with them as necessary.

Alternatively, hermes quenchers drop in a BC. Which, given that all 10 recent history sales have been by different people, that would make logical sense. (Damn, I was hoping there was another way to get this item)

Since it seems to be all the rage right now to get regions to switch to your nation that normally aren't there, you might want to consider doing the same for Movalpolos. If enough crafters got together and turned in items to Bartabaq, it might be feasible to make the region be controlled by a nation.

Shiva held this zone for 1 week, I stockpiled all the water I could carry with my mule ^^

What people do is lvl there npc's there, with Signet on, and after a while they gain control.
