Seen thes eone time at 4mil, now its 8mil again... anyone notice this? maybe know what causes the price change? I was thinking windhurst #1 / owns area and I'm windhurst but dosen't seem work ;;

Thanks for the info; I haven't seen any drop in the price, but I'll definitely keep an eye out for it in the future.
If anyone does see a different price for this and can provide more specifics, that would certainly help.

Unfortunately, it will never go below 8mil, it is bought from a NPC in Tavnazian Safehold if you are on CoP chapter 4 or higher. 8mil is the price. Pretty stupid, eh? Id say the names but I dont remember right now.

I've seen it for 4mil several times months ago before I did Ultima+Omega (before alteau was even out)
I'm waiting for when "Windhurst controls, and owns tavanzarian safehold" to check the price but it always seems to be beastmen controlled when windhurst owns the area... I've checked it everyday and hope to catch it sometime .
will screenshot it when I see it 4mil again.
