For the NM it says it a lottery spawn from a different monster. What does lottery mean. Thanks for any info.

It means that you have to kill that particular type of mob over and over til the NM spawns in its place.

Lottery spawn means that there is a random chance that the NM will spawn in the place of an eliminated placeholder. i.e. If you are camping Leaping Lizzy, the placeholders are the Rock Lizards around the spawn point. You kill those lizzards and you will be opening up spots for the NM to spawn, given it is within the NM's spawn window.
