Now for Strategy:

Run in ES+Sleep the Berzerker, Melee the exceedingly easy Minstrel, don't bother eating food or buffing too much since the Minstrels VoidSong takes away pretty much all of your buffs including food, which completely sucked since I eat Yellow Curry. Keep the Minstrels Blaze Spikes down because it does about 150 a hit. Once the Minstrel is dead KITE the Berzerker it has two insanely damaging AoE attacks(talking Insta-Death type stuff for the most part)Body Slam and Heavy Stomp. It also has a severe cone/line attack called Chaos Blade does some damage and gives status effect that is worse than Bane. That's about it.

I suppose you could possibly try a heavy BLM set-up, for the most part if it can be slept, then a BLM party can put it to shame.

Just remember to KITE the Berzerker as much as possible avoid the AoEs it does, and Nuke/Ranged attack it.
