I know what RSE is and I want it. But I can't find info on how top get it. I've come across it at some point in the past, but I don't remember where and I can't find it again.
So any info on this would be great.

Err.. I just realized maybe I didn't word that quite right and this might be worth clarifying. What you actually get from each location is a
Magical Pattern
not the armor itself.

Right, the Magical Pattern is what you get from the chest to give back to the goblin who makes the RSE for you.
