Raise III drops from some of the new Lv75 ENM Battles, according to this Allakhazam thread. So far, it has been discovered to drop from the following Lv75 Bearclaw Pinnacle ENM's:

When Hell Freezes Over
Brothers
Holy Cow

Got the Dark Earring Lvl. 35 Dark Magic Skill +3 from doing enm 30, spire of dem. Battle called "You are what you heat".
One of the drops was a Vision, and I apologize but I did not get the name of it. When you trade it into Venessa in Ru'Luude, she gave me the earring. I believe all of the level 35 earrings are tied to these ENM.

Thanks for the great info here; the drops have been updated on most items, and the ENM info will be added within the next day or two.

I think it was a mid-copy when people peeked into the FFXI files...but dragon leggings are DEX+3. was pretty disappointed when I saw em on AH. basically theyre just REAL leaping boots +1

Thanks for noticing that; you're absolutely correct. The Dragon Leggings have been updated accordingly.

Hello all, was digging through the AH today and noticed your listing for evasion earring is incorrect. Its not evasion +3 but evasion skill +3. that makes it the 2nd ever item to boost evasion skill (and explains why its going for 1.5mil on my server)

Thanks for pointing that out. It's been something I've been meaning to deal with for a while; we didn't have the "Evasion Skill" effect set up in the database to allow those type of items to be displayed properly.

All of that is now fixed. The equippable items have been checked and updated, so that the handful of Evasion Skill items are now listed differently from the more common Evasion items.

Evasion Skill is what you see on your character screen, and is set at a capped level based on your Job. There are very few items that raise Evasion Skill; it is thought of as being a more powerful way to raise a character's evasion rate.

There is also an internal Evasion number (which is not displayed anywhere that players can see), which is based on other things such as a character's Agility. This Evasion is raised by a large number of different items, can be reduced by Gravity, etc.

Nobody knows what the exact calculation is for Evasion (well, except Square-Enix, and they aren't telling), but obviously having more of either one causes opponents to miss hits on a character. Tanking Ninja tend to want to load up on +Evasion items, since it helps boost their already high evasion rate.
