There's a decent Clamming Overview that explains the basics.

Ok I got all the HQ items in no time, but this new dash sash and red sash items got me wondering. It's a level 1 all jobs Rare/Ex item which leads me to belive that it is obtained through an event. Anyone got any idea on how to get it? My parter and I have tried many things such as doing the quest in under 5 minutes and then under 1 minute. Still only choco tickets. I think it has something to do with the third sister doll the Nyumomo Doll, and yes it does exist. We both have all three dolls now but dont know what to do. Any suggestions?

i tried getting all three dolls and even made sure the 2 quest ones i got as an item my partner picked up from a checkpoint and when i traded all 3 the moogle took the last one and gave choco tickets /sigh. Just really seems like there should be something there.

This event just stressed me out trying to figure it out, I got my first set then did the +1 run, however, im still not understanding it fully, but thats not my question.

My Question is what do you do with the non +1 set after I get my full +1 swimsuit? Cuz Its taking up Mog House space and if I can trade it to the moogle or something....

oh and before anyone calls me a n00b, I know I'm a n00b :P

To those still having trouble getting the HQ, I went to Bastok after getting the NQ in Windurst, and was unable to get anything but tickets in Port Bastok (got first NQ in Bastok Mines). Repeated reattempts did not produce the other piece. I went to San d'Oria, and got it on the first try in South San d'Oria. There appears to be some inconsistancies, as some people get them right away first try every time, and others do not. If you can't seem to get them, go to another city.

As for the NQ, I presume you can throw them away (and I did). It should be possible to get them back if some use for them emerges, though I have my doubts on that. As for the sashes, the developers may have put them in for a future event (or, given the names, they may be super prizes for the chocobo race, though this is PURE speculation and unsubstantiated guessing). They don't really fit into the theme of the games for Summerfest. There may be another game yet to come, though.

Blitz Buffalo

Quote:
Have you ever heard of Blitz Buffalo, kupo? It's a fast and frenzied buffalo-chasing fiasco ferried in from a land to the far west of Quon!
We moogles thought it sounded like fun! So we rounded up a bunch of buffalos and set them loose in several places, kupo!
Also, we've tied an item to each buffalo! Anyone who catches one can keep the item as a reward! It's a great opportunity for adventurers, kupo!
But the buffalos aren't going to take a bunch of frantic adventurers chasing them lightly! You may have to knock one out before it yields its precious item, kupo!
If you manage to lay your hands on a buffalo, you better prepare to be flung around, kupo... Kupohoho~.
Of course, it wouldn't be too good if you ended up being the one chased either, kupo!
Just take care, and good luck, kupo!

done by Kashell, Thanks for your help

So I think that may be the where the sashes come in, but its only speculation, as for the NQ thanks so mcuh ill be tossin mine then hehe

I did this last night, and easily got my NQ and +1 versions of the beach-wear. I quickly dropped my NQ version after I got the +1 set.

I'm looking forward to the sash though, for my Ninja. Another +2 enmity for free is a good thing, imo, especially when there's not a lot for the waist @ lv30 for Ninja other than the Warrior's Belt +1.
