Key Item: Mystic Ice

While exploring in the Uleguerand Range, I came across an Eternal Ice. After using it, I got the Key Item: Mystic Ice. There doesn't seem to be any info about it in here, so I figured I'd at least tell you what it says:

"This magical ice is said to harbor the power to call forth powerful winds."

No idea what it's used for, or whether the second Eternal Ice that's labled on the Vana'diel Atlas maps gives a different one. The one I checked was at L-9.

After that, I promptly got eaten by Brontotaurs. I can confirm that they are, in fact, True Sight. XD

From what I hear, the mystic ice is used to get out of some of the holes you might fall in in Ul. Range. You'll find a crack, and it'll take your key item to transport you out of there. I'm not sure if there's a way to get out of the holes other than that, but the mystic ice is easy enough to hit again for another key item.
