* Accuracy +5
* Attack +5
* Magic Attack Bonus +5
* Adds 'Refresh' Effect

Set: Enhances "Magic Attack Bonus" effect

Its marked as 'Regen' here

The Hauteclaire sword drops from the new HNM that Spawns in the Mire; Khamaira.

One has already dropped on Ramuh server. I can confirm this.

New Quest: Saga of the Skyserpent

Talk to Fari-Wari (something like that) near the Teahouse.
Ride to teh Western most entrance of Halvung and enter. Put Sneak up, go past the first gate, and touch the ???

Go back to Fari-Wari for a really neat cutscene. Then, talk to Biyaada (who is located in Al Zahbi near Rughadjeen), and wait for the next Vana'Day to pass.

Note: If for some reason a Besieged occurs and Rughadjeen is Captured, you will be unable to complete the quest until he has returned.

Talk to Fari-Wari back at the teahouse for the end and your reward (supposed to be 700 IS and a Gold Piece, I can't confirm this because Rughadjeen is gone on my server >.>)

Thanks for the info and feedback, everyone. The Compilation of Info has been updated, to now contain all of the new items and keyitems, basic quest info, and more.

The Morrigan's Robe has been updated to the proper stats, good catch there!

The new mobs and their drops will be added this Saturday, further info on all of that is appreciated.

Someone knows the respawn time for Khimaira? D: I think it's 3-5 days. Can someone confirm?

The Imperial Standing reward for Saga of the Skyserpent is 1000 credits, not 700. (at least, I got 1000 when I did it)
