Hi :) can anyone tell me if I can switch from using a PC to using an xbox 360?
my comp is always having meltdowns and I am getting tired of it. :(

Yes, you can. I switched from PC to PS2.

I started with 1 account on xbox. Then had my brother start playing and got the PC version. The POLID you pay for monthly does not care which it is running on (but only 1 at a time). However, xbox requires a different account for EACH polid. So, i had to get another xbox account. And (no surprise here) you have to get the gold (pay) account.
We switch all the time between pc/xbox... pol doesnt care as long as only 1 person is signed into the polid at a time.

no, you dont, i never EVER had a gold account and i used it just fine.
i\'m pretty sure it doesnt even have to be an live silver account, it probly just has to be a local acccount, just so the software knows where to store the settings files in its filesystem.
