Ok so, TGS revealed the method by which to spawn Goblin Wolfman in Oldton Movalpolis

This information is widely available on several other sites, but I noticed somepage's info is still out of date so here it is...

You need to trade a Goblin Drink to the Scrawled Writings in Oldton Movalpolis.. The Goblin Drink is a Cooking synth that caps at 80 and has the following ingrediants:

--- Crystal:Water
La Thiene Cabbage
Wild Onion
Gyshal Greens
Frost Turnip
Distilled Water
San D'orian Carrot
Elshimo Newt
Watermelon

The writings respawn 15 minutes after the goblin dies
The gorget is NOT a 100% drop
The goblin is a dark knight, has access to Blood Weapon, and seems to have a little over 5000 hp

what lvl is this mob and is it soloable at any level

He is about a level 56-58 mob, and he is soloable. I soloed him as 70PLD/WAR without too much trouble, I would guess that anyone around 67+ could solo him if they were careful to avoid links and could keep their HP up for Blood Weapon.
