Where are the besieged prisoner cells

Simple enough question. Where are the prisoner cells located in mammook, halvuung, and arragaparago (spelling) reef?

There are supposidly about 6-8 different locations of cells in each zone. And when there are prisoners I have often wanted to go out and try to free them. But I do not know where the cells are located.

I have asked everyone I know in game and nobody is able to pinpoint any locations. Furthermore there is not one single website that I have found online with the locations on their map. Vanadieel atlas doesnt even have them.

So if someone could PLEASE post the prisoner cell positions on the 3 maps I would appreciate it greatly.

Try <a href="http://www.ffxi-atlas.com">FFXI-Atlas</a>. I think they mark the cells on their maps.
