The Leech NM Fallen'jack Qustell in Bostaunieux Oubliette does not exist.

Searches for it turn up almost no webpages. No screen shots of it have ever been found, indicating it never existed and was not merely an enemy that once existed, but was removed. It's the 3rd bogus NM found so far (after Fazasher Death Weapon and Yensho).

Thanks for the feedback, and good catch; that mob will be removed when we have another to replace it with.
