Mycohopper in Aydeewa Subterrane

The site currently has listed a level range of 68-71 for these, but after 40+ respawns of them (Charm + Leave out of spawn area), I have yet to see any that check anything but Tough to me (lvl 69). I think the minimum level for these should be listed as 70, at least.

Unless, of course, they spawn lower in another location. I have checked 2 of their spawn pools (4 ea. in them) throughout this test.

Thanks!

I was under the distinct impression that despawned/respawned mobs (as per anti-MPK adjustments) would never truly 'respawn' the monster from scratch.

It'll come back the same level it had been and will not roll for NM lottery pops. You also can't steal/zone, then resteal. It's purse is still stolen after de/re-spawning.

So you can't use charm/release to reroll mobs to determine level range.

Acutally, you can. It is a common practice for me to create a mob 'farm' of Even Match creatures by charming + releasing outside of the creature's spawn point. Any beastmaster that has levelled solo under the new rules can confirm this as well.

Then I stand happily corrected! That's great news for determining mob levels (as you're already doing.) Thanks!

Thanks for the info. Given that the level range of a mob covers every spawn of a mob in a zone, what we have listed seems accurate, so far. The mobs closest to the zone line will have the lowest levels, on average; checking there might give better results.
