The quest itself does not reset Tonberry hate. On trading three Gold Beastcoins to Magephaud, he gives you a key item, Tonberry Key, and the quest is completed here.

Separate of the quest (the reward of it, if you will), the key allows you to enter the nameless door at (F-11) of the first map of the Temple of Uggalepih.

Instead of the simple message "The door is firmly sealed shut." you are taken into the room, and given the opportunity to reset your Tonberry hate for a gil price relative to your Tonberry hate.

I am fairly certain the key item is usable an infinite number of times, meaning you can't get more of them. That is, that the "Everyone's Grudge" quest is actually *not* repeatable.
