Somepage's database is second-to-none for FFXI. You guys are doing a great job, and I am sure your hit-counts assure you of

that. This is my first stop for FFXI research because the data is accurate, the site is quick, and I can easily find what I am looking for

most of the time.
In addition to the existing data you currently display, user-entered comments (i.e. "Rumours") would add a new level of flexibility to the

site commonly found in community sites, but rarely implemented properly.

Scope: Every database item not including guides.

Details: The rumour box would be an option to be visible / invisible and cookied. If cookies are off, it would stay invisible. When visible, it loads the rumour history on this item by using the item number. When a new rumour is added it would have a validity index of 0 (Grade C). If a user comes and clicks the + button, that changes the validity index to 1/1 (Grade A). The user's cookies stop him from changing the validity index more than once. If a third user comes and hits the - button, the validity index is now 0/2 (back to grade C).

Thanks for the feedback. We're working on a system for user comments, that we hope to put up to allow some feedback on items and other such things.

So far, I like the way the comment system works. I just wish there was a way that I could see the latest comments added!
