Just soloed this as a 11BLU/05WHM with a Sapara, Brass Hairpin, Justice Badge, all lvl 1 hume gear, 2 saintly rings and 2 onyx earrings.

Thanks for the info. The listed "solo level" is generally an average, so we want to keep it applicable to as many jobs as possible.
