Fuscina, Albatross Ring, Drill Calamary, Coral Fragment can be obtain by trading Pirate's Chart to the ??? on Whitebone Sands to spawn 3 NM level capped at 20 with 3 member pty max. Defeat the NMs and obtain a chest. Try to get the Names of the NMs too. Can also be duo and soloed. Will add more info later.

The 3 NM's that spawn from the ??? by trading the Pirate's Chart at Whitebone Sands is: Heike Crab (Crab), Beach Monk (Sea Monk), and Houu the Shoalwader (Sahagin). Heike Crab and Houu the Shoalwader both use Hundred Fists. Levels unknown and Houu the Shoalwader has the most HP
