Ok, I should learn the XP chart better, but with 4 people, THF/NIN, DRG/THF, RDM/WHM, WHM/BLM, we killed him and I got 100 Limit Points. I don't know if this puts him in a range or not. I did notice that as he approaches death (it was Windsday) his evasion seems to go up naturally.

I also forgot to mention this was my first time fighting him. All of us were 75 and I got the Sirocco Kukri.
