Moogle Rod and Moogle Pie

Update to the moogle rod, not sure but i think it only dispenses the 'moogle pie', which gives +1 to all stats (hp and mp recovery as well) and 20 hp and 20 mp. Not sure about accuracy and didn't notice and 'killer' or elemental bonuses.
