this belt is obtainable by a quest in Bastok Mineworks, talk to Salim and he will start the quest, then go down to the statue at the bottom of the zone, there is a ??? if you click on it you will start a CS with the cat burgler and another person, you will get a choice of several options choose the lucky charm, and then you have to find the sequence of switches to flip by talking to some galka npc's around. when you flip a switch a "guard" will be in the room and you have to get rid of them, if he talks about drinking, send in the tarutaru, if he talks about the theif, send in the mithra, if he's the leader use the lucky charm. when you unlock it, if you succeed you can get the key ring belt. (is repeatable once per regional update)
