Yellow Mouton correction

Hi, today when getting my Mouton synthed, the crafter couldnt synth it according to this recipe, you guys have it listed as :
Dark Crystal
- 2x Orpiment
- 1x Ram Leather
- 1x Tea Leaves
- 2x Distilled Water
When infact it only needs 1x Distilled water.
