Apocalypse Nigh / New Earrings

Those 4 new earrings are the reward for the new quest "Apocalypse Nigh".

Prerequesites:
-CoP and first Bahamut BCNM ("Storms of Fate") complete
-RotZ (including final cutscenes (Norg/Tenshodo)) complete
(-weekly Conquest Update must have passed after that)?

Quest:
Zone into Ru'lude, obtain note written by Esha'ntarl.
Visit the 3 Promys and get the Slivers at the memory fluxes on the forth floor: J-10 Holla, K-4 Dem, K-6 Mea.
Take them back to Ru'lude.
Wait until JP midnight.
Get another CS.
Get CS in Sealion's Den.
Go to Empyrial Paradox.
Defeat Eald'Narche and Kam'Lanaut (6 people, 30 min).
CS with Aldo in Tenshodo.
Wait until JP midnight.
CS in Norg with Gilgamesh.
Get the earring of your choice.

Not completely sure about the prerequesites and those wait until... things.

I beat the fight yesterday and talked to Also afterwards. Even though JP midnight has passed, I still cannot get my earring in Norg. I assume the "wait until..." is more than simply Japanese midnight.
