I dont see any information relating to how/where to use the darksteel engraving. The item entry should be updated to indicate that it is used to trigger garrison for Bastok when traded to the OP guard.

Thanks for the feedback. We'll be adding Garrison info, hopefully sometime soon, that will list all the activating items such as that one.
