Been down here the past several nights and Eba has been out two times (we tried to take her this last time, but man she sucks without shadows). The first time she was out, we left her alone (there were only 5 of us) and then we came back a few hours later and she was gone. She wasn't down there tonight when we first started farming, then we went and finished the mission for some of our Linkshell members, killed Tres Duendes, and she was out about the same time I remember her not being there a couple nights ago when we knew she had been. All the other Fomor in the room are still there like normal, but she's in there. This leads me to believe she's probably a 21-24 hour spawn.
