TheFinal Fantasy XI Skill Limit Database is wrong I entered
Skills: Any
Job: White Mage
SubJob:Black mage
It says that my skill cap for Divine Magic is188 same for Healing Magic, however my Divine Magic is at 190 and well healing is undercapred >.> majorly it would seem..

+skill items (such as certain AF items) affect your skill display. Can you confirm that you were not wearing these?
