Just went to Windy to get beetle shells...instead, they have beetle jaws. Not what I was looking for. Has beetle shells listed under items sold, not beetle jaws.

Thanks for the feedback. I believe Beetle Jaws are only sold by the guild when someone sells them to the guild; best I can tell, they aren't normal stock.
As for the Beetle Shells being out, that is to be expected; any item can sell out from a Guild Merchant, if purchased enough. See the
Merchants Guide
for details.
